This U.S. Multistate Privacy Notice (“Notice”) supplements Clippable's Privacy Policy and applies to individual residents of U.S. states with comprehensive consumer privacy laws, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia (collectively, “State Privacy Laws”).
This Notice explains your rights under those laws and how Clippable collects, uses, and shares personal information about residents of those states. Unless otherwise defined here, terms have the same meaning as in our Privacy Policy.
Clippable collects personal information in the following categories, depending on how you interact with us:
Name, email address, IP address, device identifiers, and account usernames. Collected from you directly when creating an account or using the platform.
Account profile information, payout details, and transaction history. Collected from you directly for purposes of delivering services and processing payments.
Campaign participation history, earnings records, and content submission records. Generated through your use of the Clippable platform.
Pages visited, features used, login times, and session data. Collected automatically via cookies and similar technologies when you use our website or platform.
View counts, engagement metrics, and content URLs from connected social media accounts (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.). Collected via official platform APIs with your authorization.
Derived performance scores and campaign eligibility assessments based on the above data. Used to match creators with relevant campaigns and calculate verified earnings.
Sensitive Personal Information: Clippable does not collect sensitive personal information as defined by State Privacy Laws (e.g., Social Security numbers, precise geolocation, biometric data, health information) except where you voluntarily provide tax identification information required for 1099 reporting. We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes beyond those strictly necessary for legal compliance.
We collect and use personal information for the following business purposes:

We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Clippable is not an ad network and does not engage in interest-based advertising.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this Notice, or as required by law. Specific retention periods:
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal information. We will respond to verified requests within the timeframes required by applicable law (generally 45–60 days).
You may request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, business purposes, and third parties with whom we share it.
You may request deletion of personal information we have collected about you, subject to certain exceptions (e.g., where retention is required by law or to complete a transaction).
You may request correction of inaccurate personal information we hold about you. For most account data, you can update this directly in your account settings.
Where technically feasible, you may receive a copy of your personal information in a portable, machine-readable format.
Clippable does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. This right is therefore not applicable to our current practices.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights. You will not receive a different quality of service or pricing as a result of submitting a privacy request.

We will verify your identity before processing your request by confirming your email address and, where necessary, additional account details. We will respond within 45 days of receipt of a verifiable request, with one possible extension of an additional 45 days where reasonably necessary.
You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf by providing signed written authorization and verifying your own identity directly with us.
If we deny your privacy rights request, you may appeal our decision by contacting us at privacy@clippable.io with the subject line “Privacy Rights Appeal.” We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law and will explain the basis for our decision.
Clippable is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us at privacy@clippable.io and we will promptly delete it.
We may update this Notice from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Notice periodically. Continued use of Clippable after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Notice.
